Inauguration ceremony of Training and Placement support program 2019 started under the MoU Signed between GITS and Thermax. The Session was conducted under the banner of Career Development Cell of GITS. On this occasion all HOD’s, Faculty member and Student of GITS were present.  The session commenced with the ritual of lamp lightning by the Guest Mr. D. K Bera (Head training and development, Thermax India). For Training and Placement support program 2019 28 students were selected of training session. Training of selected students will be done at Thermax manufacturing plant, Thermax cement plant and GITS campus by the trainer of Thermax and GITS.

In 2018 the MoU was Signed between Geetanjali Institute of Technical studies and Thermax Limited. Under that MoU banner 30 students of were selected for training and 12 students got placed in Thermax Limited. The certificate distribution ceremony is also conducted for student and mentor of 2018 training batch.  

The Training and placement head Mr. Arvind Singh Pemawat of organization Conveyed that Thermax Limited, is an engineering company involved in energy and environment.  Thermax’s energy efficient and eco-friendly technologies offer reliable business-to-business partnerships to respond to this critical challenge. They provide the competitive edge to your enterprise to make its mark with superior offerings and community good-    will.  He also conveyed that this MOU between two organizations was done for student to train student according to current industrial environment.
