- Prof. P.K. Jain currently holds the position of Director, Geetanajali Institute of Management at Udaipur. He was superannuated on June 2017 from the position of Professor of Management at M L Sukhadia university,Udaipur .
- He started his career with University of Rajasthan then later on joined vikram University Ujjain and then Sukhadia university Udaipur.
- He has been a trainer and consultant to many public and private sector organisations,which include LIC of India,Doordarshan, ONGC,CRPF,BSF, Bajaj, Coal India, ITBP, Nationa Productivity Council,ACC , Chouksi group etc.
- His content and emotional appeal along with the logic attracts thousands of people across corporate sector and academia.
- He has been trainer for civil servants of Sri Lanka during 2001-2
- He has served as advisor to LIC of India during 2004-2008
- He has been visiting faculty to Texas University USA, Duke University,King Faisal University Saudi Arabia and Institute ofTechnological University Sri Lanka
