This is to formally announce the dates for the Annual Day function and the Crystal Jubilee event that is to be organized on 16, 17 & 18 April 2016, a 3- day function to celebrate the completion of 14 years academic excellence & technical training by GEETANJALI INSTITUTE OF TECHNICAL STUDIES and to embrace the 15th year with a hope and commitment to augur overall development and to become the “Centre of Excellence” in the chosen areas of expertise and working towards a collective goal.
The Annual day function would include the Inaugural ceremony, a retrospect into the last year’s achievements, awards and honors to be given away, Cultural events and other programs.
Schedule
Day 1 : 16th April 2016:
Formal Ceremony scheduled between 4 to 5 PM to be attended by Management, Guests, Deans, HoDs, Faculty, Alumni, parents, and students – to include the Inaugural ceremony, a retrospect into the last year’s achievements, awards and honors to be given away. Venue – Dais between Block A & B
Day 2:17th April 2016:
All preliminary Cultural events and programmes to be organized- involving faculty, staff and students.
Day 3:18th April 2016:
Final day of Annual Function – Cultural & other events to be held as per the program lay-out by the Cultural Committee.
Alunmi Meet (Alumni Committee to organize) between 5 to 7 PM, Finale of the Cultural evening, followed by dinner.
