The fun filled sports week PRAKRIDA came to a conclusion today. It was a moment of immense pleasure for GITS as we witnessed the unprecedented success of the annual sport event PRAKRIDA. This year we, as the family of GITS have achieved more participants and registrations for the sports activities than ever before, with 35 colleges who registered with our sports committee and 1500 participants who attended more than 14 different games and events. We wouldn’t shy from declaring it as the LARGEST College Level Sports event in Southern Rajasthan.

The finale of the sports day was chaired by the eminent Prof. R. S. Rathore fromer Ranji player and former Test cricket umpire for international and domestic cricket, who gave away a total of rupees 1.5 lakh as price money to the winners and participants. Our special guest Mr. Manoj Choudhary, the famous cricket coach encouraged the participants for exhibiting the spirit of competition and enthusiasm.

The GITS family congratulates the Sports Coordinator,Mr. Himanshuraj Singh and his tireless and highly motivated team who have been instrumental in organizing and making the Sports event such a big Success.
