HR CLUB of Department of Management, GITS organized “Remote Working” activity on 2^nd September 2020. Students from Human Resource specialisation participated in the activity. The activity was focused on understanding and experiencing the human resource related issues to remote working.

For the purpose of activity students were divided in three groups, responsibility assigned to them is as follows-

1. Management Team – Entire coordination & preparation of job description for “Corporate Trainer” position
2. Team Lead Recruitment – Coordination between management team and candidates and ensuring preparation of resumes
3. Candidates – Preparing resume and appearance in interview.

Interviews were conducted by faculty members of MBA department – Dr. Manish Sharma, Dr. Kiran Soni, Dr. Archana Singh and Mr. Manoj Kumawat. The interviewees were judged on predefined parameters. Best performers in each group of interviewees are as follows-

2. Divyansh Panchal
3. Nishtha Jain
4. Shivani Joshi

Event was coordinated by student coordinators Mr. Rahul Paniyar, Ms.Ruchi Fulani, Ms. Nishtha Jain, Ms. Saniya Zehra, Ms. Ayushi Nahar. The activity was designed and managed by faculty coordinator Mr.Manoj Kumawat. Certificates were distributed in category of Organizing Team and High Performers to all students.
